02/10/21 Notable Meal - SPICY NOODLES

Updated: Feb 19, 2021

This day, I pretty much had a loss of Ideas of what to make as I didn't really want to get out the pots and pans again to cook a big meal. I had a big ass midterm coming up for one of my classes the next day so I was really going full hog on the day trying to type my essays decently. So, for lunch, I just ate some spicy Korean noodles with two sunny side up eggs and some VEGAN Kimchi and a healthy squirting of siracha. I made sure of course that this noodle packet was vegetarian and IT WAS! No "Chicken powder" or "beef seasoning", just a variety of chilis and chemicals I can't pronounce. It was sweet, which was a change from my usual spicy Samyang noodles. So nothing entirely exciting this lunch, and nothing exciting for dinner either aha. I forgot to add a photo of it, but I ate little ceasars cheese pizza that my pops brought over and that was self explanatory. Just subpar $5 cheese pizza from the best pizza chain of all time (and that's a fact, try their deep deep dish pizza and you won't be disappointed).

Moments like these come up, with my 21 unit course load this quarter, the time for me to stop everything I am doing and cooking something from scratch or needed to be built kinda stress me out because I feel that I should be doing something productive. Granted feeding yourself is a productive and necessary task to do, but when I cook I like to feel that I have my hands free from responsibilities like... an impending midterm. So moments like these make me wish the simpler microwavable meals I could make in the mean time before I get a open week to start being creative with dishes. Speaking of which, Maybe I should get a hand of some bulk bean and cheese burritos, scarf some of those down when I'm lazy too cook something.
