02/18/21 Notable Meal! - The Best Orange "Chicken"?

This day I took it easy, I ate some simple eggs and beans with a French roll. The eggs were cooked by my mom, she fried the egg with some onions and tomatoes and the beans are just simple refried black beans (my absolute favorite).

I also took initiative to start eating more vegetables/fruits. We have a pretty big orange tree out in the front yard so I ate... 6 oranges this day hahah.

In a complete surprise! My partner and one of our best friends came over and dropped me of, literally the best orange chicken I've had in my entire life. But, ITS NOT REAL CHICKEN! Look at how much orange chicken they give you for 9 dollars, and all vegan! If you ever get the chance and you are in the LA area (particularly studio city), give H.O.P.E. a try. Their orange "chicken" and panang curry are amazing.
