02/27/21 Notable Meals! - Struttin' the Cast Iron

I got a sudden craving for a specific type of eggs that my father makes. I was also in the mood to use my new cast iron pan, that I had lying around haha.

First fry some tortilla triangles.

Then scramble some eggs with the tortillas all fried up, incorporate cheese.

And you are left with a crunchy, salty, cheese, egg concoction that is oh so addicting. My brothers... said that my version was better than my pops whoops.

Later for dinner I also ate some Pupusas, but this time they were Cheese.

I also ate 3 oranges. They're so good.
